Tony Olmos

Tony Olmos has dedicated his life to his work in the feedyards, and brings nearly 25 years of experience to his position. Since his teenage years, Tony has continued to climb the ranks within the feedlot industry. Tony has held many roles in operational feedlots, and carries with him the unique knowledge and experience gained along the way. Tony’s mission as manager is “cattle come first.” Snow, sleet, or shine, Tony strives to feed and care for every head as if they are his own. He stands for strong work ethic, honesty, and persistence. It is an upmost priority to Tony that he maintains an open door policy to his customers.

Dr. R Hollis Klett

“I like the challenge to produce quality cattle and deliver a product that is going to have as much value as it can in the marketplace. I like the relationship, having that personal touch where the manager calls you when there’s a problem or when there’s a success.”

Dr. R Hollis Klett’s leadership in the field of ruminant nutrition and beef cattle production spans over 55 years. He has traveled around the world as a nutrition consultant and researcher for beef cattle. Klett is best known for his contributions to liquid feed, which earned him international acclaim and recognition from the American Feed Association. He is currently the president and major shareholder of XF Enterprises, which is the holding company for Nutrition Service Associates. He has expanded Nutrition Service Associates throughout the U.S., Canada, and Australia to now represent over 2.5 million feedlot cattle. In 2009, Dr. Klett established OT Feedyard and Research Center, where he endeavored to create a commercial feedyard with a single goal in mind- Reach the optimal level of performance on every pen by integrating leading edge science with traditional values. Predictable, consistent, and competitive gains are at the forefront of Klett’s management.
